Trafford Sportsmen’s Club

The Monday Night League will start next week (4/12) at the West Penn Sportsmen’s Club. Contact Tony on Friday or Sunday practice if interested. The Tuesday Night League will start the following week.

The Trap group will open the trap range at 11 am on April 2nd for a public trap shoot. $3 per round of 25 shots. They will be selling their famous fish sandwiches/diners too. Come early!

• Andy and Bill tied for 1st place at our annual Club Shoot that was held Oct 25th. They had perfect scores!
• The deck on #2 has been finished, lighting on #3 still needs some work
• 4H is coming back this summer
• University of Pittsburgh is tentative, they have 12 signed up.

On October 25th all members are invited to the annual Club Shoot. It will be a 75 bird shoot beginning at 1pm. There will be food available.

12 to 18 year old youths interested in learning to shoot trap should contact Tony Morell, 724-327-7942, . Targets and ammo will be provided free of charge.

The price to shoot trap during the months of June and July has been reduced to $2 per round! Lowest price around.

Practice is scheduled for Wednesday mornings, Friday evenings, and Sunday afternoons. Take advantage of this to get ready for small game season, trap is an excellent tool to get you comfortable with moving targets.

Trafford Sportsmen will be participating in Monday and Tuesday night trap leagues. Any skill level may participate. Sign up now!

Post season shoots at Crowfoot 9/7.

Practice Wednesdays 9am – 2pm, Friday 6:30pm – 11pm, Sunday’s 12:30pm to ?.

There is still time to participate in the Winter Trap League that shoots on Sunday’s. Sign up by noon. Non league shooters may still shoot if there are positions open.

• Tuesday’s League will shoot at TSC on 5/13, 6/10, 7/8, 8/5, 9/2
• Practices are Wed 9am-2pm, Fri 6:30pm-11pm, and Sunday 12:30pm

On Good Friday April 10th, Trap will have their annual Fish Fry and Trap Shoot beginning around 11am ending whenever its done. All members are invited.
